Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. If you identify as neurodivergent or suspect you have ADHD, our coaching can help. We focus on your lived experience, not paperwork.
I've failed at fitness before. Will this be different?
Yes. Most programs fail because they're designed for neurotypical brains. We build systems around executive function challenges, dopamine regulation, and consistency struggles—not willpower.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect! We meet you exactly where you are. Our corrective exercise approach is ideal for beginners because we focus on movement quality and building sustainable habits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly packages are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice.
Do you provide meal plans?
Standard coaching includes nutrition guidance and macros. Premium coaching includes fully customized meal plans designed for ADHD brains (dopamine-friendly foods, simple prep, etc.).
What equipment do I need?
We design programs around what you have access to—home gym, commercial gym, or minimal equipment. Tell us your setup during the assessment.
How do check-ins work?
You film short videos of your workouts and send them via your preferred platform (WhatsApp, email, etc.). We provide detailed feedback on form, technique, and progress.
What makes you qualified for ADHD coaching?
I'm a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with NAIT Personal Training certification. More importantly, I live with ADHD myself and have spent years developing systems that actually work for our brains.
